Our research process is built around you. You’ll be working with a Realtor to find the property you most desire in a time frame that fits your needs.
The research phase happens like this:
- Initial consultation between you and the Realtor
- Delivery of detailed plan including areas of interest and types of property desired
- Follow up communication to narrow search and then on-site visits to further narrow your search
Making an Offer
We work with you to determine an offer based on comparable market analysis, inventory availability and your financial ability. The making an offer phase happens like this:
- You decide on the property you like the best
- We'll look at comparable sales and other pertinent info to determine price to offer
- Fine tune the offer to fit your needs and make it appealing to seller
Closing the Purchase
It’s a thrill when you see your vision implemented right in front of you. Sign the papers and get the keys to your new home.
The closing phase happens like this:
- Everything has been checked-title conveyance and any financing details
- Final walkthrough prior to signing the closing papers
- Sign the closing papers and GET YOUR KEYS
